• Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
• Inside 48 hours, one night is charged.
• If you do not arrive and have not told us, the first night is charged.
• To cancel or change a booking, call or message us with your booking reference.

Message us on WhatsApp or call 0343 545 2525. You can also look up your booking.

• Payment is due at the hotel on arrival unless you have paid in advance.
• Where bank or wallet details are offered, quote your booking reference so the transfer can be matched to your stay.
• Rates are in Pakistani rupees and include breakfast, WiFi and daily housekeeping. They are quoted before tax; applicable government tax is added to your bill at the hotel.

• Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
• Every guest must present a CNIC or passport at check-in, as required by law.
• The hotel is entirely non-smoking.
• Pets cannot be accommodated.

We collect only what is needed to hold your reservation and welcome you: your name, telephone number, email address, and the details of your stay. At check-in we also record your CNIC or passport number, which the law requires every hotel in Punjab to hold.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where the law obliges us — chiefly guest registration with the Punjab authorities. Your booking details are visible only to hotel staff.

Payment card details are never stored on this website. Where you pay by bank or wallet transfer, the transaction happens with your own bank or wallet provider, not here.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, call or message us.

A booking is a contract between you and the hotel for the dates and suite shown on your confirmation. Rates are quoted per night in Pakistani rupees, before tax, and are confirmed at the price shown when you book.

We will always try to provide the suite you booked. If that becomes impossible, we will offer a suite of the same standard or better, or a full refund.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear. We may decline or end a stay where conduct puts other guests or staff at risk.
